Whenever I surf some property websites,now a days I can see more upcoming projects in Sarjapur area....especially villas ...I just want to explain my clear view about Sarjapur in this post ... Sarjapur is a town situated in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is a hobli of Anekal taluk, Bangalore Urban district and is located towards the south-east of Bangalore.
Sarjapur is fast developing part of Bangalore with good road connectivity to key IT cluster areas like Whitefield (15 km), Electronic City (19 km), Outer Ring Road (16 km), Marathahalli, Silk Board & Koramangala etc.. IT major,Infosys has acquired a big land parcel in Sarjapura to setup an IT SEZ. But still now I don't have any strong evidence about the construction status like when they are going to start the work???
List of schools in Sarjapur: 1. Indus International School 2. Oakridge International School 3. Inventure Academy 4. Greenwood High 5. St Patricks Academy 6. Primus Public School 7. Delhi Public School - Bangalore East and much more..
Last three years I am travelling via sarjapur as my native is in tamilnadu....There are lots of development in sarjapur area..But the major disadvantage what I felt is there is no commercial development like malls,grocery stores ,pharmacy ,restaurants etc....
As of now near sarjapur circle there are some couple of good departmental stores ...due to lack of population,sarjapur is not really booming in commercial aspect...most of the apartments near srajapur police station like confident Althena,antila,Orion are occupied about 70- 85 percentage...Apart from that most of the projects are in prelaunch,preliminary and finishing stages.....
SABIC Technology Technical centre is very close to sarjapur ...The construction status is full swing and soon the area rental demand will increase to market standards .....The road connectivity is really good and the best part is triangular connectivity to all IT HUBS ( Electronic city,Sarjapur road-ORR,Whitefield )
Sarjapur will be the preferred location in future...but it will take down the line 3 to 5 years.....After 3 years the area will be more livable and some thousands of families will occupy all the villas and apartments which are in pre-launch stage as of now........
