DESCRIPTION

Bangalore-based Brigade Group plans to launch a 3 and 4 BHK apartment project 'Brigade Exotica' on NH4, 8 kilometres from KR Puram Cable Bridge on Old Madras Road in Bangalore. Exotica will comprise a total of 474 units in two towers, with 237 apartments in each tower. Each tower will be a 35 storeyed building, which according to the company will be the tallest building in Bangalore. Upon sanction, it will commence the project in the first quarter of 2011, and plans completion by 2015. Priced at Rs 4,000 a sq ft, Brigade Exotica will feature Balinese landscaping.
