What's happening in Budigere cross ???

Lots of real estate movements are noticeable in east Bangalore particularly in the Old Madras road falling between KR Puram railway station and Hoskote.To name a few reputed builder projects Prestige Tranquality, Brigade Exotica, GR Sun Villas, Pruksa Silvana, Samruddhi Lakedrive Villas, Pashmina Waterfront. Prestige Tranquality & Pashmina Waterfront projects are big mega projects where Tranquality is coming up with 2000+ units and Waterfront with 1000 units.

Pruska Silvana is a FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) project where Pruksa (Indonesian builder) is developing a society with 320 villa units and 80 row-houses .All these projects have their possession with 2-5 years.

Big Bazaar is coming up with their setup near to Budigere-Cross(9km from KR Puram railway station towards Hoskote). Apart from that Aishwarya already have their retail shop functional in the close proximity of  Budigere-Cross.From  Budigere-Cross Kadugodi is 4-5 km. Between Kadugodi to Old Madras Road again plenty of real estate projects happening(apartment + Villa + plots). Including all of them around 15000 to 20000 families are expected to get the possession.

Delhi Public school has acquired a land in this area(around  Budigere-Cross). Hopefully they should be operational within couple of years of time frame.Columbia Asia hospital has decided to come near to Prestige Tranquality project.


Why it is a good appreciation candidate?
Reach to IT parks: Most of the IT parks are in the vicinity of 10-20kms.

Manyata Tech Park(15km)
CV Raman Nagar(10km)
Embassy Golf Link Business Park(14km)
Marathahalli(11 km)
RMZ Ecospace(18 km).


International Airport: For the time being BIAL is around 35km from  Budigere-Cross but a new alternate route has been proposed which will reduce this to 20km.

Railway stations: Whitfield Railway station is 5km from old madras road and KR Puram Railway station is also 5km from Pashmina Waterfront project.

Metro in the vicinity: Just 9 km of distance towards KR Puram will connect you to Bypanahalli Bangalore Metro train terminal.

Schools: Currently Baldwin International school is around 3km from  Budigere-Cross. DPS has also acquired a land in this area. Hopefully they should be operational within couple of years .People are investing heavily in this area and no doubt this area will become very much livable over span of 2-3 years.

Please don't be deceived by all these hype by the realtors... The area has seen no development until now.. You can be sure of villages without any street light.. And finally you can see different types of garbage which is been dumped from all these years..(I hope Govt takes some steps in reality). Finally Bangalore East is always struggling with low water table ,remember there are no kaveri water for bbmp areas. You can imagine when will budigere cross..

I agree with you, currently the area is with industries. But need to agree with the post partially, like lot of real estate projects started in this area. Once people start living in this area the amenities will develop automatically. Hope this can realize by 2014 or 2015.

bull****, just go to this place.
recently I went there and seen tat builders are selling any land without having proper docs.

After few years you will come to know that 75% are fraud or are not approved..for conversion or due to various ither reasons

The developers are creating hype, promising stars. Nothing of that sort is happening. Water is the biggest problem. I guess, each apartment have to shell out 5000 bucks a month just for water if happen to buy any of these flats
